Medium & Large Patch Placement:
For instant pain relief, start with a medium or large patch on the area based on your level of pain. Initially, you may need to apply 1 large patch in each area to reset the inflammatory process. Re-evaluate your pain level after 24 hours. If pain persists, apply additional patches in that area. If pain has lessened or is gone, apply 1 to 2 small patches or 1 medium patch for continued and preventative support.
Small Patch Placement:
